Abstract

This article examines the organizational and economic aspects of the development of agricultural cooperation among small-scale farming units in the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan. The analysis is based on data from the Bureau of National Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan and materials from state agricultural development programs. Systemic, comparative, and economic-statistical methods were applied to assess the dynamics of agricultural cooperative development, the structure of crop and livestock production, and the level of participation of farms in cooperative structures. The results indicate a positive trend in the development of the cooperative sector, an increase in agricultural production, and the expansion of marketing channels for agricultural products. Organizational and economic mechanisms and models of cooperation aimed at developing agricultural processing, improving the efficiency of resource utilization, and strengthening agri-food value chains are substantiated.
