Under quality of a working life the author understands degree of satisfaction of workers of the organization with the basic components of a working life, including both average, and personal components of industrial process, including social, spiritual, moral and psychological. Improving the quality of working life determines the high corporate loyalty of employees and contributes to the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.
