As a result, the energy supply of agriculture in the context of the Federal Districts is decreasing. The situation is alarming when for a long time industrialization does not give significant changes in the factorial environment of labour productivity. In this regard, studies were carried out based on constructing the production function proceeding from the data of farms of the Ulyanovsk region for 2016; those data indicate the preservation of the leading role of the factors concerning the provision of fixed and circulating assets, as well as remuneration.
